Terrible experience

I was qualified for a Iphone 7+ contract. The sales agent at cell c soneike mall, kuilsriver, cape town town (Anthony) informed me that i can collect the phone on Tuesday as it had to be ordered. He confirmed on Tuesday that the phone is there (after i had to follow up with him). I drove 43km to get to the shop. When i got there he had a 'non caring' attitude and did not even had the decency to greet me. He then tried to convince me to take the iphone 8 (as he did not have the 7+ there even though he confirmed earlier in the day) I then told him that he must confirm once the phone is there and i will return on Saturday to sign the contract and collect the phone. Today is Saturday and i have not heard anything. You now lost out on R900pm contract due the absolute lack of interest attitude from this gentlemen. With this calibre of staff you might as well close down that shop and save yourselves the embarrassment
