Terrible debit order service.

I am once again so disgusted by cell customer service. Ots actually tiring having to come onto hello Peter just to get things sorted. My debit order was supposed to be on the 21st of October you guys don't take on the agreed date. I left money for atleast a week there after. No debuting my account. Now I have to pay r3000 November on cell c. Which is utter ******* as I have school registration and things I need to worry about. And now cannot do that. Because cell doesn't do what they supposed to. I'm so tired and disappointed at cell c. Always something new with you guys!!!!!
