Terrible customer service. This is Theft

I have a wifi line with cellc and I have reported network issues for months and nothing has been done. I finally got through to someone at there head office that I thought would actually be able to help. A case was escalated and they supposedly fix the network issue in the wrong ****ing province. They are *********** and there network is useless.
