Terrible customer service. Making their mistake my problem

Useless service and make their problem my problem. I called them to cancel my contract and they cancel my whole number. After one month waiting period my number doesn't work and now I call them to ask why they say they permanently cancelled my number. Now they can't reactivate my number with an affidavit from the police office. They make their mistake my problem now I have to go get an affidavit and can't even bank online because I can't receive OPTs. They basically halted my whole business with this. Been with cellc for almost 10 years and now I'll never use their useless network again.
