Terrible Customer Service from Cellc

The service is extremely pathetic, I've been trying to get through to their legal department for the past 2weeks and still no hope, every day I call in and I'm on hold for more than an hour EVERYDAY!!! and when I call their call center as usual no one can assist me...Is there even a legal department and if there is what the hell are they doing the whole day, since nobody can assist me everytime I call... Im very disappointed in the terrible customer service I've received from these people.!!!!
