Terrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service received by you customer services centre. I have called in numerous times about my WiFi router it has had no signal for 2 weeks now and every time I call in the consultants I speak to drop the line only 1 consultant was kind enough to try and assist and I was sent this SMS :Dear Valued Customer

Thank You Not receiving any feedback after a few days I called in this morning and surprise surprise I get hung up on again. I am fed of this service and want this contract cancelled with no charges cause I'm paying for a service I am not receiving.
