Terrible customer service

Good Day

I have still not received any feedback regarding my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable!

I want to file an official complaint at this ********** customer service. I get double debited and I have to struggle to get my own money back.

I have been a loyal customer since 2017 and this is how i am thanked.

Disgusted to say the least.
