Terrible customer service at Cell C The Bridge in Greenacres Port Elizabeth

I've been a Cell C customer for more than 10 years now. I was so shocked at the service I received at the Cell C branch The Bridge in Greenacres Port Elizabeth. I phoned Cell C the day before to confirm my request on a upgrade and they said there would be no problem. I asked the lady if I could please proceed in completing my request she told me the complete opposite of what the Cell C call agent told me. I just stood up and walked out. I drove all the way to Cell C at Baywest Mall as the branch in Walmer Park Shopping Center was also temporary closed. I was assisted and successfully helped same day at Baywest Mall branch. I will never recommend anyone to go to the Cell C branch at The Bridge Greenacres.
