Terrible customer service and *********** stuff at Cell C. The worst service provider

i have been waiting for someone from cell c to call me back for 3 days now. i call there sales department 4-5 times a day with no luck, regarding a handset i app**** for 2 months ago. Whereby each consultant has a different story. When calling cell c in a space of 20 minutes. one consult says there is no stock, the other says the phone is discontinued, the other says there is stock i just need to wait. Its like Cell C is a circus nobody actually knows what they doing. You cant speak to a sales manager its a complete joke.
