Terrible customer service after querying high charges. Cell C will rather cheat you out of money than making sure they have happy customers!!

Cell C should be absolutely ashamed of their overall ethic! Shocking customer service and only concerned with getting more money out of their customers. I am disgusted!! My contract plan has a cap every month and I have the option of topping up from there at my discretion if my bundle is depleted. But now to get more money out of me, Cell C has decided to just lift that cap and charge me insane amounts for out of bundle usage. You should be ashamed. And then when I phone customer care, the support and assistance is absolutely useless and I am told that I can phone back on Monday to speak to someone in the cancellations department if I want to cancel my contract.
