Terrible customer service

I was a loyal Cell C customer for multiple years. Recently, I went through financial difficulties and fell behind on one installment. I immediately made a payment arrangement. Cell C continued to process the debit order every single week causing penalties by my bank foe failed debits. I requested Cell C to stop debiting my acc and commited to pay the acc manually. Cell C refused and continued to debit my acc, adding to my existing financial strain. Cell C then suspended my acc after wich they kept invoicing me for airtime and data services not rendered. I requeted Cell C to correct the invoice as I cannot pay for a service not recieved. Yes the phone needs to be paid but the data and airtime should not. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Finally after about a month, I received a statement without any comments on my request. I sent more emails with nou responses. On 30 December 2025, I received an sms stating my sim will be disconnected. Cell C disconnected my sim within an hour. All this happened without Cell C responding to / addresing my queries per email. Cell C do not valie tbeir customers and treats them in an unprofessional manner. I will not recommend Cell C yo my worst enemy.

On a different note: Cell C has very bad coverage. MTN and Vodacom are much better in outlying areas.
