Terrible Customer Service

The most useless customer service I have ever experienced.

I requested to transfer my contract from my father's name into my name. They told me it would take 24-48 hours. Three weeks later and still no transfer. I have been dealing with a consultant named Jabu who has made absolutely no effort to keep me updated on what is happening.

I have to visit the Sandton City store every second day to actually get some answers, and those answers are typically "it hasn't been transferred yet".

No urgency, no concern that this process is taking WEEKS instead of 1-2 DAYS.

I am cancelling my contract with Cell C and will tell everyone I know not to sign up with them.
