Terrible customer service!
Cell C service is appalling! Both in-store consultants (especially at the Kolonnade branch) and customer service consultants are totally useless, they always make it seem like it is a major effort to assist you. They are always rude and unhelpful. Promises were made to me regarding my device that needs to be replaced, I paid my excess payment and now they are going back on those promises and offering me less. I am extremely unhappy.
