Terrible customer service

Good day

I need your urgent assistance, my contract was blocked three weeks ago. My payments have been done through eft, cellc has not allocated my payments.

I have been emailing them sending proof of my payment. They don’t reply if they do it’s after three to four days. I have given them proof from my ABSA app. It’s not good enough.

I was on holiday in JHBURG with out a cell phone. Due to their lack of service. I am tired of this I have given up calling them I get the run around.

I have now gone to my back to get proof of payments from July last year. I have sent via email. No reply as yet from them.

I need my phone connected Please help.
