Terrible customer service

<p>I thought other mobile services were bad. I stand corrected,they are great compared to Cell C.</p> <p>My phone is still barred after a month of emails pleading for help. I owe nothing,in fact they helped themselves twice debiting away at my money. No explanation.No calls or email.</p> <p>I have stopped emailing them as its pointless.</p> <p>I wish I could cancel my contract, but I am bound by contract and would have to pay to leave this barren unhelpful deceptive network.</p> <p>Vodacom now looks attractive, at least they get back to their customers.</p>
