Terrible customer service

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my Cell C contract. Every time I phone the Customer Care Service, I ask to cancel my contract and they put me through to the cancellation department. That person then also puts me through to the cancellation department (for a second time), then the call just ends. It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel an expired contract!
