Terrible customer service

Its been 2 weeks since my query as my cell phone number supposed to be working as a prepaid.A the moment I can only receive calls and does not allow me to make outgoing calls.I honestly don't see why this simple problem cannot be resolved.This shows me that Cell C certainly does not care for their customers and I really find it hard to believe that in todays tough economic climate,Cell C can treat their loyal customers so badly.
