Terrible customer service
i dont know if its lockdown or what, every customer service agent i have spoken to at cell c is so sour, RUDE RUDE, the one from Today Shisani takes the cake. very impatient, very arrogant, shifting blame , no accountability at all. No honesty at all. im very disappointed its like they feed from the same pot. Bridget and Shisani you guys can ruin someones mood.
