Terrible Customer Service

I went to apply for a contract last week with Cell C and it was approved they told me to go come to the store a week later as the 1 phone was not in stock and they had to order the phone, which I have done came back they told me I came to late I need to come back the next day, went back the next day then they told me I need a other payslip I went to get a other payslip, went back to the store later the day once I arrived at the Branch for the last time the manager then helped me and told me I need a other 3 months bank statement...they could have told me all those things in the first place everytime it was a different story It ****ed me off that I was at the store 5 times and still never received my phones how pathetic is cell c to have such a bad service... I wouldn't recommend anyone to use cell c or that store. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
