Terrible customer relations!!!

I am very unhappy and ****ed off with the cell c service, not even 5 days into the month and 20gigs of my data bundle just dissapears,and when I try to find out where it went they're giving me the run around without solving the problem!! Don't trust cell c they are data *****s, you pay them but they don't give you what you paid for!!! Can't wait for my contract with them to be over!!!

Data depletes quicker if there are automatic updates, applications running in the background etc. We will get one of our data specialists to find out what caused your data to deplete fast and how you can prevent this from happening. A data validation report will also be done which will give a clear indication of your data usage.

I know for a fact what you just said is uter nonsense, every moth was perfectly fine but this specific month it just disappears,I would like to know what the problem was ASAP!! I am not stupid I know how to control my data usage!!
