TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE

I have never experienced such terrible service when trying to terminate a contract before. I will NEVER deal in ANY way with cell C ever again. In fact I am migrating to another network even with my pre-paid line today. I will NEVER EVER advise anyone to take up anything that Cell Cc has to offer. Even their staff lies that they have cancelled contracts and yet they wont be anything like that. I tried to speak to a supervisor, and those line customer care staff simply lie that all team leaders are in meetings...CELL C MUST HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE IN THE WORLD!! I HATE THEM
