Terrible Customer Care
I left a review yesterday about cell c, which wasn't that great at all, and someone from the customer care office called me and tried to explain the process to me, but when I didn't understand what he was telling me, he got irritated with me. I am sorry but if you are from the customer care part of cell c, you must certainly maintain the word care in your attitude towards your customers. I am utterly disappointed in cell c's service overall.

This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers. It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct himself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
