Terrible communication and lack of service.

Be careful when ordering online with Cell C. There is zero communication regarding the process of the application. They stipulated 3-5 working days when in fact 7 days pass and they still haven’t processed the application due to “load shedding.” That is a blatant lie! That is negligence on Cell C’s behalf. They didn’t even bother to process the application and when I called in they blamed load shedding and not there terrible customer service. If you order through their online service be prepared to wait in silence with zero communication as they do not care for the client post sale. Highly disappointed as I’ve been with Cell C my entire life and wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone!
