Terrible Client Service

Worst client service ever. I have been trying for over a year to cancel a contract that is ten years old and to date have been unsuccessfull. I have been debited large amounts that is not even my installment. The consultant in client care are unprofessional and absolutely unhelpful..

I've never been so appalled by client service in my life .. I am also in the client care industry and this would never be a accepted in my industry. Please relook at your client care policy and realign your people
