Terrible CellC Service

I went to Cell C to do a SIM swap,but i was told they need 5 numbers i recently called...First thing first who in this DNAge still knows numbers they called by head,Technology is making things easy. I was told without those numbers I wont be able to do a SIM swap even if I had my ID and proof of res.. I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years and had this number since, All they told me is if i don't remember the numbers it means i will loose the number for ever. Do they know what i went through when i lost my phone. The sales people at Cresta Shopping centre are rude and useless. Their manager{Devan} is ***********. I have a case number and still could not get help. If it means me moving to another service provider then be it. I'm supposed to be in quarantine. I will never again use this network or their products. No wonder they are struggling to keep their business. This is the beggining more is still coming.
