Terrible Cell C Service

What the hell is wrong with service delivery companies? I app**** for my upgrade on Monday with Cell C - I have been with them for over 10 years, so I decided to take out a Third contract for my daughter - I was told that I would receive my devices as everything was in order. After not receiving the new devices - I called 7 times with no assistance and being left on hold for 30 minutes each time. by the time I got to speak to someone - I got told I was rejected due to a bank verification issue... All my details, including bank account is the same... be that as it may, why was I not contacted to be told this so I could rectify it??? I am appalled at the level of service to a client that already has 2 contracts that gets paid every month without fail for the past 10+ years!!! I hate giving my hard earned money to service delivery companies that don't actually care!!
