Terrible Cell C service
I have a contract with Cell C since September 2016 I started experiencing problems with the service after my upgrade , specifically from 1st January 2019 regarding payments I made contact centre consultants and store consultants that I am no longer working and I will be paying manually for my contract and no one at all thought of telling me terms regarding manual payments, I have gone into the store and called several times trying to change payment dates and letting them know it's because I am not working and I am getting help with payments . On the 10th May 2019 i received an sms to say my payment for May will be R70 more and I then checked my statement as well which also said the same thing, I then contacted Cell C call centre to find out why and I was told it was because they didn't get my April payment which was false, the lady then said it's because the debit order returned and I advised her that I have been paying manually since December 2018 and I have never had that problem, the lady said that I was supposed to send documents via the store proving that I am not employed and they will change my profile to manual payer and yet no one has ever told me that, when I get to the Campus Square store they tell me they don't do such and there is no such thing, so this already says to me that one of them doesn't know their job, the lady at the store,Nonkululeko, even said the R70 was charged by the bank and I know the fees my bank charges so she also doesn't know her product ,the manager was there staring at me talking and not advising me or his consultant, instead he was busy playing on his phone. I've been communicating that I am not employed several times to Cell C and I have not missed a payment but no one can tell me what to do to make sure the debit order doesn't affect my account.
Cell C is very tiring , their service is tiring
