Terrible Cell C

I have a terrible experience with Cell C regarding my contract. The Subscriber Collections Department is giving Cell C a very bad name. They do not call back after I left 3 - 4 messages to call me they just ignore their clients. I refer to reference *** dd 2019/07/18, *** dd 2019/07/19, *** dd 2019/07/28. I have an arrangement to pay off my account, but they have cut my phones. If a client phone 084135 to speak to a consultant after pressing option 3 to be transferred the call is cut. Today I went to our local Cell C shop and after holding on for more than 45 min, still no joy. My numbers that I have a problem with are *** and ***. The service is terrible. It looks like they do not want to help their clients. If I can rate Cell C a 0 I will do so. Service at Cell C is terrible. The branch in Newcastle tried to help me with no avail. The branch can not even get through to your Department. I think the newspapers should know about Cell C services.
