Terrible, bad , customer service from CELL C

I am beyond frustrated with cell c service, since last week not having network on my wi-fi router, I drove 40kilometers to the store in lebowakgomo and bought another sim card and when I contact the call center to do sim swap thy keep saying I failed security questions, I tried 6 times and I answered all their questions, very frustrated I can't work for I don't have network and thy don't call you back , am using my own airtime. Am tired of them ***
