Terrible attitude/ no sense of urgency!!!!

I had taken out a contact with cell c .. Cancelled it the week after .. It's been 2 months now and I'm still waiting for feedback .. They debited my account last month after I cancelled!!! I have been calling them for 3 weeks now and still no help. The last consultant I spoke to put the phone down on me after I asked for her name. I am sick of the service that I've been receiving and I can't get answers every time I call they give me different stories. They need to refund me you can't debit me for something I don't even have!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! This service is horrible and they just don't care!!! I need feedback on my cancelled contract and my refund!!! My case number : ***
