Terrible At Responding and Bad Customer Service

If there was zero star I would rate 0 STAR, Bunch of useless consultants you cancel in November they keep deducting and millions of follow up and when you request refund they tell you your cancelation wasn't received and do not owe you account up to date I will never use your service ever again cell c!!!!
