TERRIBLE AND FRUSTRATING SERVICE EVER !!!!

<p>I booked in my Cellphone on the 1st July 2016 with Ali Gani at Cell C store in Trade route mall and I signed all documents need and C-surance claim form, (09/0716) I then went to follow up as I did not have a phone and they also booked out their loan phones they told me there was no quote sent in but I must call Cell C REPAIRS and find out which I did on the 12/07/16 and they did not answer then I called C-surance and they said no claim forms were sent through to them. I called the store on the 12/07 spoke to Mohamed Gani and asked him to send my claim form to their insurance department which he did .23/07/16 I called the store and spoke to Nasir Abdul - (Store Manager).</p> <p> And asked him to please send a follow up email he did and nothing was said till 25/07/16 I spoke to Tshidso then Megan at “Fin rite” C-surance they have been saying they are waiting for phone usage I email those through (statement and phone usage) and called again spoke to Katlego she CONFIRMED receiving my email with the doc’s they requested and will email me to advise how much is my access till today I am still waiting.</p> <p> </p>
