Terrible Accounting Department

I settled my outstanding account and requested for a R0 balance statement and written letter stating that my account has been settled. I however struggle to get hold of anyone. <br> <br> There is no response on email and I tried phoning today just to be transferred 3 times, and finally put on hold for a long period of time. After being handed over to debt collectors and struggling to get a statement, still no communication. Karabo send me a statement eventually and I paid it and mailed the final amount.<br> <br> I just cant get anywhere with the accounting department and I'm beyond upset.
