Terrible.
<p>I cannot believe that I've just wasted an hour of my life trying to do a simple thing via Customer care...</p> <p>All I wanted was a copy of my usage for the previous month...No one seemed to know what I want, as I kept being moved from pillar to post.</p> <p>I have never experienced such appalling Customer service.</p>
