Terreble service at Cell C

<p>I lost my Cell C card and phoned in at Cell C on Sartuday to ask to do a sim swap</p> <p>The lady i spoke to said someone will phone me back after an hour, till sunday no one phoned me, i phoned back on sunday and they promised to call me back after two hours and i gave them my husbands number, they didnt call me on sunday and only called my husband back on monday and i was not around, my husband gave them my number and they still didnt call me back, i phoned again on monday and i was told someone will call me back on my 079 number, finaly on today in the morning they phoned on my husband number and i was around, the guy that helped me gave me the most terreble service of my life, he couldnt help me becasue he said his system is showing my number from Cape town and i dont know my adress because i dont stay in that place anymore and i dont know how they got those details and as explained to the gentlyman i took that contract in Johannesburg and i gave him my adress, he was diffucult and needs to understand how to deal with customers, i want him to call me back and help me do the sim swap.</p>
