Terrable service

<p>I have been trying to call c-surence for the past two weeks with no luck why give us a number to contact you the next you never answer your phones. I gave in a phone for repairs at Cell-c in Tembisa on the 02-06-2017 and i had to complian cause its been sitting in their store for weeks and didnt go for repairs finally it went, now im struggiling with c-surence. i need this matter to be resoved ASAP as im paying insurance for that phone and i expect positive feed back.
