Termination of my MONTH-to-MONTH fibre contract!!!!! - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

So I'm currently moving house and need to cancel my Cell C Fibre. Phoned the customer service centre and I was told to put in on email. So I did.. Only receiving the same old auto response saying a consultant will get in touch, (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED). I've been a client for 4 years now, and paid proper money for your services. Can someone PLEASE contact me to cancel my damn contract!!!
