TERMINATION OF FIBER CONTRACT

I terminated a fiber contract with Cell C towards the end of 2021. On enquiry, one of their agents informed me that final payment will be deducted from my credit card at the end of November 2021. Months later some (alleged) debt collection agency started contacting me via phone and requested personal information before they could make details available regarding some outstanding amount on the terminated Cell C account. I eventually, on request, received a letter from Cell C stating that there was nothing outstanding on my account. The debt collection agency however continued to contact me. Eventually I submitted an email request to Cell C on 2 February 2023 for an explanation. To date I only received automated responses stating that I will receive some feedback between 24 and 48 hours.
