Termination of Contract Account No. ***4

Despite further correspondence and phone calls from Cell C, the matter of a disputed bill remains unresolved in that they have still not explained how they arrive at the conclusion that I owe them R128.93. I had a 2-year contract with Cell C commencing 13 March 2013 and I gave them one month's written notice on 11 February 2015 stating that I would not be renewing or extending the contract after 13 March 2015. I have been waiting ever since for an invoice for the period 1- 13 March 2015 but they keep stating that I owe them R154.00 for March 2015 less a disconnection credit of R25.07 but I fail to see how the 'disconnection credit' can only be R25.07 for the 19 days from 13 March to 31 March 2015. By my calculations, the credit should be approximately R96.00 for 19 days which would leave me with an amount of R58.00 to pay.
