Terminating my number I used for 10 years and giving it to someone
I’m very disappointed and heartbroken 😭 with the service I got from Cell C as whole after the passing of my husband . They terminated my number and after I asked several emails asking for documentation which I send and today I found out the number was given to a gentleman and which I was told the number can never be on use I’m still using this number on WhatsApp and the guy is now receiving my bank and other confidential details which I feel it’s not right as per consumer constitute .. I need help it’s more than a year and this is unacceptable service from Cell C..
