telling people sh#t

I'm very angry and very dissepointed at cell c called in for a contract sales person Tshepo he tells me I approve for the phone and even for better we finish the sale and he tells me yes I will get my phone no problem at all so I'm all happy and waiting then I get a SMS saying oeps sorry won't be getting the phone and now when I call then they make sh#t excuses to me and then avoiding me and not getting back to me that's not how cell c should treat clients at all so I'm very pis#$ed at cell c
