Telkom - Bluenet - Cell C does not deliver on orders

On 27Dec18 I app**** online for Telkom Data LTE package and then received a response from Bluenet (Telkom), that they could provide a package through Cell C; on 2Jan19 everything was approved. To date all I've been receiving from Bluenet (Telkom) is that there's been a backlog and that Cell C is attending to this. I app**** for Telkom and now been waiting 4 weeks for Cell C to get their act together. We got a Cell C package through Afrihost which lasted not even a month, because Cell C could not beam off MTN anymore, now I'm some how back with Cell C with zero communication about delivery. The question obviously now is, whether I will receive signal or not from Cell C? Most PATHETIC service I have ever experience. What concerns me, is how I went from Telkom to Cell C? Plus the fact that Cell C's Customer Care and delivery sucks big time ...... or is this just a ****????

Finally got delivery of the router yesterday 31Jan2019 after waiting almost a month! CellC activated the card today 01Feb2019. Bluenet informed me that I will be given an opportunity to talk to someone after all the options .... that's not the case; to get through to CellC from another provider has proven to be beyond frustrating ... because it does not recognise my number. Plus I have not been provided with a CellC number. The router connection is limited. CELL C DOES NOT HAVE SIGNAL IN VAALMARINA AREA! PLEASE COME AND COLLECT YOUR STUFF, I AM TIRED OF WASTING MY TIME. I don't care if your system tells you there's cover here, because THERE IS NO CELL C cover!!!!!!!!
