Telesales of cell c

I received a call last week Thursday 10/09/2015 from telesales department from Cell C. A supposedly one day offer for selected vodacom Customers only. The sales person is Charlin Govender from cell c. Offered a epic 100 24 month contract with free 1 gig anytime data including 2 gig night time 12am to 7am data all for R129 a month. I received the package on Monday 14/09/15 with 2 SIM cards. I called 084140 trying to activate this phone. I'm transferred from Sepophelo to Thabo to Thuli to Siya only to find out one contract cost R139 for Z3 with R100 airtime and other data SIM card cost R69 extra NOT what Govender sold to me. No one in the call centre are equipped and efficient to help me its only thing done right was doing security checks to ensure I am who I say I am but service and queri resolution is ver very bad.
