Telesales lies

I was contacted by a sales person to upgrade one of my contracts. I was told i will get a phone and 50 mins airtime as well as unlimited browsing for R99. I had no need for the phone and was happy with the original contract on a month to month basis as it was but the unlimited browsing sold me. They delivered the phone the next day. When i signed the paperwork i saw a different number on the form so i called cell c. They confirmed the contract was on the correct number and not the one on the form. Thereafter i wanted to confirm the packag and i was told it was impossible that i would get unlimited browsing as promised. I then immediately told them to come fetch the phone and reverse the contract as i was **** to blatantly. At this stage and untill now i have not received any form of contract. I then dropped the phone off at the tygervalley branch. Now i see they deducted the old amount i paid R110 per month but the phone contract is still loaded as the 50mins talk time etc. Never mind the fact that i have lost all the carry over airtime etc. Fix this immediately im so tired of being *****ed around buy fat cats like Cell C. Do right by your customers for a change.
