telephonic upgrade

Data Contract *** This nice lady of cell c called me and as I understand she send me a new blue sim card and a free ****le.... I ask her if my contract will stay the same 5gig daytime 15 gig night owl. When I log into my account no night owl time and they load my account with 3gig ...... very nice but lost 15gig night owl. When I phone them they put me on a 5gig scary open account. I want my old contract back and they must make sure it's a close account. Now they want the free ****le back?????? the cleaning lady burnt the box and this is a very big problem for them.... they can not take it back without the box. My fault to be honest never upgrade over the phone. Thinking of it was very happy till they phoned me for a upgrade.....
