telecom service and promise is a lie

I Had needed my landline moved as i was moving . They cut my line and Wi-Fi one week earlier than than requested and only reconnected it 6 weeks after the requested date , this was after numerous call n the call center being absolutely RUDE. The promised homewarming gift hasn't come as yet they make you drive to the store to get told that they don't have it in the first place after been given chase around.i needs the cordless phone as I have arthritis and going up and down the stairs causes to much pain . Telecom is an *********** service provider who makes u pay for no real service and makes empty promises to attract customers. to date I have not received the phone. A terrible and unreliable service provider
