team leaders dont care about customers
Last week I phoned the call centre and spoke to Nancy, re: some info and she was unable to assist and requested the team leader to contact me. Team leader was not available at that time. As yet no call received from team leader. This is always where team leader does not contact customers they in a position but do not care for customers
