Team Leader does not return call

<p>On 11/05/16 approx 12:46 phoned Cell C retentions and spoke to agent Ebrhaim not sure of spelling, wanted to know the price of J5 for top up was told by this agent that it is either R269 or R279. He was not sure of the price and product. Poor product knowledge. Requested to speak to team leader, hung on for some time the agent came back and said the team leader will call me back, I told him the call need to be returned before 1pm as I am on lunch. As yet no call from team leader received. This is how Cell C thinks abot their customer. Do not care about customer service especially senior staff. And staff lack product knowledge.</p>
