TARRIF PLANS

<p>contacted cell c.. to change my tarrif plan, the lady inform me that theres no problem they will change it but only from August 2016, i also informed her that i was cant afford to pay the installment as i didnt even know that cell c loaded bis on my blackberry without informing me. i asked them to cancell the data cards as i cant pay over 400 a month, the sales agent infomred me that i will only pay 110.00 for the mobicell and 129 for the J1 NOW ITS ALMOST 200.00 MORE A COMPLETE RIPP OFF. i received a sms stating that after i spoke to the consultant that i cant change the tarrif... so what do you do if you cant afford to pay a certain amount????? </p>
