Tariff change prepaid-sim swop

I have been struggling t do a sim swop numerous times now and keep my existing prepaid number *** . I bought the orange starter pack yesterday and did the sim swop with the lady by the name of Lindiwe Khozi. I have been in contact with so many agents the starter pack that I bought before was the all in one starter pack, hence I bought the unregistered cell c prepaid orange starter pack to do a sim swop, The sim swop went through successfully as per Lindiwe and she informed me that i bought the correct starter pack in order for me to to change my tariff plan from the all in one plan to the 66c tariff plan. when trying to change my tariff plan by dial *147# ussd code and follow the prompts I was unable to change my tariff. Please change my tariff plan with immediate effect to the 66c plan and inform me and call me on *** when done or email me *** Please ensure you get in touch with me today 06-09-2021 before COB because this has been the 3rd sim card I bought in order for me to do a sim swop and change my tariff plan from the all in one to the 66c tariff, If I do not get a response within the next hour I will take the matter further to ICASA
